Can I register online now and place a reorder later?
Yes, you may register now and reorder your supplies later at anytime for your convenience.
What information do I need to register online?
You will need the Byram account number, phone number and date of birth (month and date) of the account holder, and an email address to be used on the account.”
Where do I find my Byram account number?
Your Byram account number is an eight (8) digit number that is assigned to you when your account is set up at Byram. You can find your Byram account number on the upper right hand corner of your last supply invoice. Call our Customer Service Team at 1-877-902-9726 if you are having difficulty locating your account number.
How long does the online registration process take?
Registration is quick and easy. Just have your Byram account number, date of birth, and email address ready and the registration process will take only a few minutes to complete.
Why do I need to activate my email address?
The last step of myByram registration is your email address activation. You will be unable to log onto myByram and the registration process will be incomplete until your email address has been activated. Please check your email inbox, including Spam folders, and open the activation email from myByram. Included in the email will be instructions for activating your email address. To continue to receive email updates regarding your myByram account, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders email list.
Am I able to view my previous order when logged onto myByram?
Yes, once registered your last order placed within the past twelve (12) months will be displayed for your convenience. If you have not placed an order within the past twelve (12) months, you can still reorder your supplies on myByram by following the prompts on the reorder screen. Please note, if you have not placed an order within the past twelve (12) months, you will not have a previous invoice displayed.
Can I track my shipment online?
Depending on the carrier you will be notified via email when the order is ready for shipment. There is also a link to “track a package” in the Order Details under Invoice History of your myByram account.
Once I submit my order will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation number once your order is submitted.
Can I make a payment online?
Yes, you can conveniently make an online secured payment. For registered myByram users, simply log-in to your account and click on MAKE A PAYMENT. For new users, you will need to first click on ENROLL NOW and follow the steps to create your account.
