Can I enroll in mybyram now and place a reorder later?
Yes, after your first order has been processed, you may enroll at any time and reorder your supplies 24/7.
What information do I need to enroll online?
You will only need the email address that you provided us for your account. If you did not provide us with an email address, please contact us through "Live Chat", Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM (local time), so we may assist you.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
Click on Forgot Password and follow the prompts to reset your password. After you click the button "Reset Password" you will receive an email shortly from Byram. It will contain a link you need to click on to create a new password. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see an email from Byram. If you did not receive an email, please click on "Live Chat" Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM (local time), so we may assist you.

Can I make a payment online?
Yes, you can conveniently make an online secured payment. Once enrolled in mybyram, simply log-in to your account and click on "Make Payment." We accept all major credit cards.
I recently changed my primary phone number and/or mobile phone number. How do I update this?
Log into mybyram. Click on "My Account" and enter your new primary number and/or mobile phone number. Click on "Review Changes," verify the correct phone number(s) are correct and click on "Save Changes."
I recently moved, and I need to update my address on my account. How do I update this?
Log into mybyram. Click on "My Account" and click on "Manage address book." Click on "Edit Address" under your current shipping address. Click on "Review Changes," verify the updates were made correctly, and click on "Confirm Update."
How do I delete an address from the manage address book?
When logged into your account, click on "My Account" and then click on "Manage Address Book." Click on "Edit Address" under the address you want to delete. Click on "Delete This Address" and then click on "Confirm Delete."
I have a new physician, or my physician’s information has changed. Where can I update my physician(s)?
Log into mybyram. Click on "My Account" and click on "Physician details." Update your physician’s information, click on "Review Changes," verify the updates were made correctly, and click on "Save Changes." Please allow for 24 to 48 hours for your physician(s) to be updated.
I have a new or need to update my primary, secondary, or tertiary insurance company’s. Where can I update my insurance(s)?
Log into mybyram. Click on "My Account" and click on "Insurance details." Update your insurance information, click on "Review Changes," verify the updates were made correctly, and click on "Save Changes." Please allow for 24 to 48 hours for your insurance(s) to be updated.
How do I change or update my current password?
Log into mybyram. Click on "My Account," and click on "Change My Password." Enter in your current password, followed by your new password, and enter the same password to confirm the change. Click "Update" to save your new password.

How do I place an order?
Log into mybyram and click on "Place Order." Follow the prompts provided. If you have any questions, please use our "Live Chat" function, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM (local time), so we may assist you.
Once I submit my order, will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation number once your order is submitted. Please check your spam folder if you have not received your confirmation email. If you still cannot find the confirmation, please click on "Live Chat" Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM (local time), so we may assist you.
Can I track my shipment online?
Yes, after shipping your order, a "Your Order Has Shipped" email was sent to you. If you cannot find the order has shipped email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. You may also track your order by logging into mybyram. Click on "Order Details," and click on the invoice number associated with your order and locate the shipping link under status. Please allow 1 to 2 business days to receive tracking information for your delivery.
Am I able to view my previous order(s) when logged onto myByram?
Yes, once enrolled, your last order(s) placed within the past twelve (12) months will be displayed for your convenience. If you have not placed an order within the past twelve (12) months, you can still reorder your supplies on mybyram by following the reorder screen prompts.
